Will i be classed as an independent student?

Hi guys,

I'm 27 and am doing an access course so will hopefully be enrolling at university next September (2014) by which time i will be 28. In order to afford to do the course i've had to move back in with my parents and will be here until i go to uni.

Will i be classed as a financially independent student because of my age? Will my loan/grant be based solely on my income? Or will it include my parents income as i am currently living here despite of my age.

Any help you guys could give me would be greatly appreciated.

You are over 25 you are automatically considered independent.
