A levels to becoming a Neuroradiologist (UK)

I know to become a radiologist (which is a type of doctor) you will need A levels such as maths, biology, physics, chemistry etc.
However if you wanted to specialize in the brain and nervous system (Neuroradiology), could the A level choices differ?

So I'm thinking of going for:

Psychology
English Lit
Biology
Chemistry

And quit English for A2.
Would this be accepted by medical schools?
And do you have to do a degree in Biology or Chemistry to get into medical school? Or can I do a degree in psychology instead?

If there is any Radiologist, or anyone who is currently in medical school I would be delighted to know your opinions.

Your A Level choices have zero influence on the type of doctor you want to become. You're better off choosing your A Levels with your medical school application in mind and no further. Chemistry has always been a must, biology is looked on favourably too.
Since my A level choices do include both Biology and Chemistry, do you think it should be acceptable for medical school? Including the English and Psychology.
