Orite pal yeah me and neal both did it together there isnt a 1.5 mile run any more, they used to be its literally just changed thats why theres still confusion about it, you have to get 9.10 on your bleep test but thats the only running youll do as a firefighter haha manston unreal though pal fit worry about it just show up try your hardest show you want it be a team player dont get to drunk on the night time and you'll be sweet! N drink water cos the cages are hot stuff!

Hi Guys,

I'm currently waiting for my dates for the Two days at RAF Manston, I'm fully aware of the physical tests but can anyone tell me about the Specialist interview and whether it's a formal interview or more of a formal chat, and is there any particular information I should revise for?

Regards

Tom

Hi Neal,
Just just to get this right we don't need to do the 1.5 on a treadmill?? And the only training we will be doing before final is basically 3 days? Just that the AFCO haven't told me this...

Thanks
