How to approach older women

I am 22, but find significantly older women attractive. I mean like 40+.

The problem is, I have absolutely no idea how I would go about attracting or even talking to older women.

Also, there seems to be a double standard when it comes to younger men dating older women. It's considered perfectly acceptable for younger women to date older men, but vice versa is looked down upon.

Would women of that age even be interested in a 22 year old guy and how would I go about approaching older women in a way that wouldn't be too awkward?

every 40+ woman I know would be secretly (or not so secretly) delighted to be approached by a 22 year old guy and flirted with!
