Well the censorship I'm talking about is explicit.
Many universities won't play Blurred Lines but it is different than creating a policy that forbids it.
Again if they don't stock The Sun in union shops because no one actually buys then fine.

It is the principle that banning something just because some people are offended by it, I find abhorrent to universities,which are supposedly liberal institutions.

It also doesn't just have to be pop songs or tabloids. Some universities are even banning t-shirts because some people are offended.
