    Re: tendon
Flexor carpi radialis tendinitis can apparently result from strain injury associated with playing to much golf lol.

Ugh, don't get me going on tendonitis. I've been stuck in bed for five days with the patellar kind in both knees, all because of one DofE walk. Damn my weak knees and Dartmoor terrain :p:

    As for yours, apparently:

Sports that are prone to wrist tendinitis include golf, racquet sports, rowing, weightlifting, gymnastics, wheelchair sports and rock climbing.
Failing that, could it be something to do with writing too much in exams or something? Uneducated guess, but hey.

what do these "*"'s stand for visesh?

actually the pain was actually cutaneous in nature - I didn't see the abrasion. and my wrist was slightly flexed so obviously the tendon was taut
