Hello,
I have had an interview at Costa Coffee and have been called for the second interview thing tomorrow, where you have to bring your bank details and a few more items...
I wondered if anyone that has been at this stage already could explain what will happen on the day and what type of clothing to wear and anything else about it really?

They may perhaps give you a trial to see how you can communicate with customers, how you would do the job and how well you can perform. I may be wrong! Not too sure. Be prepared for whatever they might throw at you! Make sure you know a little bit of background information about the company, perhaps the products they have. Also, I would wear smart/casual clothing.. you know black trousers/skirt and then a casual top (possibly a blouse or shirt). Good luck!
