Will I be interviewed?

I want to apply for Linguistics at UCL next year and was wondering whether I might be interviewed, or simply given an offer or rejected. Is the interviewing policy different for different subjects? If they do interview for Linguistics, what are you asked?

Okay, sorry, I can't have explained myself very well.

What I meant was that there are several options:

1) Apply to UCL, get an offer.
2) Apply to UCL, get an interview and get an offer
3) Apply to UCL, get an interview and get rejected
4) Apply to UCL, get rejected.

I was wondering whether, for Linguistics, they bothered with 2) and 3) and just did 1), or 4). Say if you need any more clarification!

Depends on your grades...they might give you a straight offer if they LOVE you i guess...but theyll prob interview and then combine interview results with ure application and then decide from there :smile:
