Need help; Is this classed as 'oppression'

"Whilst Hannah is in the interview room the police tell her they have enough evidence to "lock her up for years" but that if she tells them who was with her the police will only caution her."

I have put this is as oppression and can not be used as evidence in court as it is black-mail am I correct?

Yes, however the term 'black mail' isn't used within the Law of Evidence, the evidence that Hannah will provide would most certainly be excluded from court as she will have made her next statement under duress and threat.
