Anyone know of anyone who has had a growth spurt at age 16 for male?
Also, is it possible to have a rapid growth spurt at age 16 ?

As males tend to go through puberty a bit later than females, yes its entirely possible. For late bloomers, puberty can carry on into the early 20s
Yeah definitely.
I'm almost 18 and have remained the same height since I was 13, but recently I grew another inch! 5'2" now woooo 
but seriously, I think I'm having another growth spurt if that's possible, I seem to be hungry ALL of the time, eating loads and losing weight! Whereas a couple of months ago I didn't really get hungry between meals. I'm just glad I've got taller, if only a little
