I agree, I think the government should introduce quotas, such that every single woman is duty-bound to have sex at least twice a week, or face imprisonment in a sex labour camp. How dare these women hoard their vaginas, whilst hard-working decent men are deprived of their God-given right to penetrate. It's about time somebody recognized the hundreds of thousands of men across the Western world, having to nurse their own erections in silence, whilst the very women who denied them sex cuddle up on the sofa watching Ryan Gosling. But no more. For the good of humanity, these selfish vagina-withholding women, who repeatedly turn their nose up at every perfectly good penis that presents itself, must be dealt with. For hundreds of years, pioneering gang-raping military regimes have recognized the God-given right of men to penetrate whatever hole they pleased. But somewhere along the line, along with the abolishment of slavery/peadophilia/forced sterilization/genocide/outlawing of homosexuality etc, this right was forgotten. Well something needs to change. The liberals like to say "ooo a woman can do whatever she likes with her body" (what? like not let PERFECTLY NICE DECENT LOVELY guys penetrate her vag!?!), well I say, guys should then be able to do whatever they like with their bodies... like penetrate her vag!!!!! it's their god-given right.
Women need to be reminded that their body is NOT just owned by them, no, there are hundreds of thousands of men out there who are stakeholders in every woman's body. But do they ever get a return on their investment? That hard work they put in every single day? Hell to the no. If they're lucky, they might just end up with a loving wife who engages in missionary sex with them once a week (subject to change). But they'll never get to tap that hot college chick who turned them down 20 years ago, damn her.

USE that pea sized brain of yours for a second as to thing of reasons why women will want sex less often than men/be more selective about it, pregnancy (this is actually the most obvious reason, although this aspect ins't really the main reason) negative stigma surrounding being a "slut" negative attitudes surrounding women sleeping with multiple people casually is usually negatively viewed undeservedly.
Sexual harassment at nightclubs (seriously if the woman was planning on getting laid unwanted sexual contact like groping is going to put her off totally, this kind of horrible behaviour is actually common in nightclubs) girls are taught through teenage years that they are being used if they have casual sex with boys, then there's also date rape which is not being prevented heavily enough, and the list can go on forever.

I don't think that men want more sex than women. I think that women want as much sex as men, but they would starve themselves of sex due to pure fussiness.
I'm a relatively attractive woman who wants to sex, but I'm not going to have sex with any guy who comes along even if I find him physically attractive, no matter how starved I am of sex.
The reason for that is that I simply could not get myself aroused enough to have sex with a man if the attraction is purely appearance based. If he doesn't have the right kind of personality I will not enjoy having sex with him. For that reason I will probably stay sexually frustrated for quite a long time despite the big sex market available to me.

This a) does not make it the fault of women, and b) does not justify people paying for sex. The modern attitude to sex is worrying to be honest. Now as a disclaimer I'm not saying that I have any right whatsoever to dictate what two consenting adults get up to, that's their own business. But I would say this. As we have moved into a much more openly sexualised culture it seems to me that we have developed a much more unhealthy view of sex. Now I don't get me wrong. I think sex is a good thing, but I do think that we've twisted it into something that isn't.

men and women's ideas on sex drive intensity, frequency, the emotional and physical components, partner requirements are very different the vast majority of the time. that's why you always get guys asking why do women hate sex and women responding how they love it and want it all the time.
the last part where he talks about pumping testosterone into sex change patients is very revealing.
