London Docklands coursework Help

COULD ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS COURSEWORK.I NEED THIS COURSEWORK BEFORE 29/01/2002. coursework (GEOGRAPHY G.C.S.E.)

changes occur over time in the inner city, with reference to the London Docklands. (In other words what changes have taken place in the London Docklands?)

You will need to gather information on what the area was like before the Docks were closed. This should include population of the area over number of years, employment, trade etc. Why were the docks closed? What has happened to the area over the last fifteen years? What about housing, roads, jobs, transport etc.? How do thes compare with the past?
What about the quality of life for the people in the area?
Design a questionnaire to get the opinion of about 20 local people. Who have benefited from the changes?

Your coursework should have the following structure

Intrdouction: Write someyhing about the topic and why you thought it would be a good topic to study. Describe the location and draw a map.

Aims:Write what you intend to do.

Method: Explain what you did and how you obtained the information.Give details and explain why you did something.Include information about the equipment you used. Pass comment upon any problems you came across and what attempts you made to over come them.

Data presentation: Present your results as neatly and clearly as possible. Here is a list of possible methods you could use.

GRAPHS- line, bar, histogram, scatter, pie, triangular.

MAPS- sketch, dot, symbol, chloroperth, flow-line, proportional circle.

DIAGRAMS- field sketch, venn diagram, cross-section.

Describe carefully what each diagram shows.

Data analysis and interpretation: Explain the results which you have obtained. What do they mean? Explain carefully any patterns or trends which emerge from your results. Are the results what you predicted? If not, why not?

Conclusions: You must show that you have weighed up the argument and looked at the data to reach a conclusion. Can you answer the question (hypothesis) that you set at the start of the project? Is your hypothesis correct or not? Do you have enough data to prove it one way or the other?
Limitations of study: Was your method perfect?
What is wrong with your data?
Describe any dificulties you come across and how you tried to overcome them. What further could you do to develop your project?
INCLUDE: ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS AND BIBLIOGRAPHY.
