Edexcel a2 which book

Doing Edexcel A2 physics and stuck on what book to get.
Disregarding the price value, im stuck between the CGP revision guide or EDEXCEL physics by Tim Akrill and Graham George (the black cover with the apple).
My school provided Edexcel A2 physics by Miles Hudson, which is complete trash. Even my teacher agrees.

Or any other books which might be better, please suggest!
I've heard M.Nelkon is quite good, ive got the gcse tho.

has some pretty good reviews  I have yet to use it though.

The one by Miles Hudson is amazing compared to this one: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Salters-Horners-Advanced-Physics-Sciences/dp/1408205866/ref=sr_1_2?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1381941560&sr=1-2&keywords=salters+horners+advanced+physics

When I did A level physics, I mainly just used the CGP revision guide and the edexcel specific revision guide (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Edexcel-Physics-Revision-Guide-Sciences/dp/184690594X/ref=sr_1_8?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1381941691&sr=1-8&keywords=edexcel+a+level+physics). But if you want a textbook, then I would probably go for the one with the apple on. I've never actually used t, but someone else had the one for AS and they said it was quite good.
