Best Student Accommodation in Edinburgh?

I know it's quite early to be asking such a question, but could anyone tell me what the best student accommodation is in Edinburgh in terms of location, rooms, the general atmosphere etc?

I'm looking for self-catered, and although I'm keen to experience university life, I live in South Africa with quite a high standard of living, and my mom's an architect and an interior designer so i'm quite meticulous about this stuff (unfortunately)

If you're looking for a high standard of living consider the ones owned by private organisations but sub-letted by Edinburgh.
These include-
Beaverbank
IQ Fountainbridge
Meadow Court
Mansion Fountainbridge
and The UNITE properties
