So for lunch tomorrow I am out for a big meal and need my appetite fit for the occasion.
In general my stomach is large but I don't think I have done myself any favours this weekend as I haven't had much to eat due to a 2-day hangover caused by a big night out. I've only had a 12" pizza, some mozzarella dippers and a 500ml tub of ice cream.
So I'm feeling well now and looking to get myself ready for tomorrow lunch time. I understand I should at least eat something for metabolism reasons? I think I'm about done with food for today but I'm wondering:
