well considering im speaking to the forum im sure they'd understand

you do need qualifications... honestly; did you really think you didnt?!
I'm not sure it's a great job at all, it's much like any other call centre. You'd be tied to a telephone meeting targets and probably dealing with mundane rubbish for most of the day.

The pay starts at about £14,000 a year for the regular operators, seemingly rising up to £30,000 for specialists.
You'd probably go home depressed every day..
