A Level or BTec or...?

So basically I'm in my last year of GCSEs and I thought I had everything figured out... I wanted to be a doctor in A&E and I was happy going to med school but the other day I realised I really didn't want to do this. I'm now going in for my BASI 1 (a ski instructor course) and I really want to work out in France as a Chalet Girl for a bit then do something for skiing and/or outdoor adventure activities. I might also want to run my own business later.

Currently for GCSE I am taking:
English Language
English Literature
Maths
Additional Maths
Statistics
RS
Sport
Music
French
History
Triple Science

What should I take for A levels? Or should I do a BTec in sports management or what? I need some ideas... I was going to take A level french, chemistry, biology and maths, but I feel that some of those subjects are pointless because I won't need them for outdoor sporting activities...
Help?
Thanks!!

It sounds like you should keep your options as open as possible.

What if you do a BTEC in sports management and then decide this really isn't what you want to do?
Is there a different management course or should I go for A levels or...?
