Come on guys, OP may have many strengths, for example OP could be great footballer, somethings, OP may not be good at. OP I would recommend doing x amount and then adding one everyday.

Lol, you can be a brilliant striker with rubbish arms? I'm just trying to point out that people have different strengths in different area, I didn't mean the football example literally.
