What do school cameras look like?

My teacher said that they have cameras in the classroom.
I was taking an end of topic test today and I was the only one in the room. So I got an answer from the text book ( I know I'm stupid, but if I failed the exam, I'd get kicked off the course. And I had to miss half the lessons anyway).

I couldn't see any cameras in the classroom.
What's the chances of them seeing footage of me cheating though?

If you 'had' to miss half the lessons for a valid reason, then you need to talk that through with your school head of year.

In such cases the school have a range of options for dealing sympathetically with mitigating circumstances,- which do not incude kicking you off the course.

Exclusion is a last measure when all else has failed. If you are already warned this may happen, then you almost certainly have previous infringements warranting the warning.

Cheating is never acceptable under any circumstances whatsoever. Besides getting you kicked off the course, it will come back to bite you when an employer or another college asks for a personal reference and it transpires you cheated.
