Abstract and exploratory analyses

Hi guys, I'm writing a lab report for my uni assignment. My research project has involved some exploratory analyses (so I got results that were beyond my original predictions). I'm wondering if I need to include this information in Abstract or I just need to include my original hypotheses and results. Thanks guys! Your help will be very much appreciated :smile:
