Depends how much you love biking! If you love it enough, the rain won't matter!
You can get cars quite cheap tho...i mean its up to you, are you a biker or a driver!?

hehe well its about safety really...when it rains i wont bike or pedal for that matter..just too dangerous.
i d love to have a cheapo car as i said.. something cheap that can drive me up to anywhere though.
