KPMG telephone interview reply time

It's been three days and i've finally got a reply saying:
Thank you for attending your recent interview at KPMG. We're delighted that you're interested in a career with us and would like to thank you for the time and commitment you've already invested in joining us.

We're currently reviewing your application. So whilst it may take us a few more days before we can get back to you with a decision, rest assured that we'll be in touch as soon as possible.


Now KPMG say you get a response in three days usually. But this email kinda just means please wait a while longer :s-smilie:
What kind of time frame did KPMG take to respond to you? (this is for a summer internship).
