Hi guys need some advice!! Im a 27 year old post grad student here in Bristol. This week im home alone as all who live me plus friends are either away doing research, at conferences or at home home. But I reallllllllyyyyyyyy want a night out!! Do you think its acceptable for me to go clubbing by myself?? Or anyone know of any clubbing groups or similar I could sign up for??? Cheers!

Of course you can go clubbing by yourself! If you feel embarrassed when people ask where your mates are, you can just say 'my friends are round here somewhere'. Just make sure you don't drink too much because you'll have no one to keep and eye out for you (sorry for sounding mum-like :s-smilie:

). You could also ask at the student union whether there are any societies just for socialising.
