It was so good! Nice and rare is the best way to have a steak

I haven't had it in ages either but I splurged because there was an offer for two 8oz sirloins for £7 in asda. I only eat half at a time so that's 4 very delicious meals for £1.75 each (plus something on the side)

todays been full of sugar and snacks... oops.

Tea with almond milk
granny smith apple
carrot sticks
raisin and hazelnut frusli bar
latte
chocolate chip cookie
snickers
morrisons fruit & barley peach squash
2 slices of marmite on toast

lately i've been going to the library before lunch and leaving quite late after dinner (typically 11:00ish to 9:00ish) so i've been finding it easier to have small snacks every couple of hours or so, rather than a proper meal, because it means i don't have to leave my work for a really long period of time and i get more frequent breaks from studying - but most of the snacks i end up bringing or buying are things like juice/cereal bars/chocolate bars/crap like that  anybody got any ideas for healthy, savoury snacks that are relatively cheap and easy to transport?
