Changing hours at waitrose

Hi I've been working at waitrose for about a month just on Saturdays and Sundays.

I work:

Saturdays - 8:00to 5:00
Sunday 11:30 to 2:30

I have just started my A-Levels and am finding the saturday shift too long, which is meaning I only have time to study on Sundays after my shift. Can you change you hours at waitrose, so in my case cut the Saturday one down? If so how can I do this?

I haven't changed yet as Christmas rush but in January I'm changing my hours. I wrote them a letter which worked, hope this helps!
