I don't see why it shouldn t. Economics is a good degree for LSE's MSc Management. Syndney is good and international and LSE likes it.
As long as you have a good average score, above 65% average maybe? and Score well in your GMAT/GRE.

Mussy, the grades are different here.

Cristalclear, you should have a 80+ Wam to be reasonably safe for LSE. Btw, why not UNSW ?

I thought sydney was better, have not applied yet. Thinking of ANU also, does the uni of melbourne offer it? I could find only BSc Commerce in the uni of melbourne. Please help me select the best. Does anyone have any idea which uni LSE likes in australia?

ANU is not that strong for undergrad. Its very strong for post grad though. Usyd campus is better, however many people hold UNSW commerce/economics courses in higher regard. (just like llb at usyd is held in higher regard).

Melbourne should have it, economics is just a specialisation of the commerce degree.

So you mean UNSW is better the Usyd for economics?

Given a choice between UNSW, Usyd, ANU and uni melbourne which one will you choose, in terms of reputation which has the best?

thanks and sorry for the trouble

I would be choosing between UNSW and Uni melb. Uni melb has a better campus . Both have good reputations in terms of economics. If LSE just care about rankings maybe uni melb is better. Try this site - www.boredofstudies.org/community

It is a collection of australian school/uni students. You will find an opinion from there. But take it with a pinch of salt.
