I'm just of the opinion that they're intimidated by my awesomeness! At least I'll keep telling myself that... Still, 2 to go as you say.

Warwick grad entry and Edinburgh 5 year. To be fair I expected to get rejected from these, UKCAT is too low as a grad and I got a B in maths at school which would count against me at Edinburgh. You?

Ah okay - Cardiff and Exeter both 5 years - I met all the requirements so I need to ring them up see if I can get feedback

What do you think you'll do if you have 4 rejections?

Sorry to hear that. can I ask you stats?

GCSEs: 5 A*s, 3 As, 1 B.
AS: AABC (bio, chem, french and maths respectively. I'm retaking a module in both french and maths because I was so close to the next grade :frown: )
Predicted: AAA and A in EPQ
UKCAT: 657.5

So not the most competitive application.. I understand my rejections :P

Same rejections! :O Could I ask what your GCSEs and UKCAT were? :P
I got feedback from Exeter and they said my grades met their requirements, but my UKCAT didn't place me in the top 750 so I didn't get given an interview :P

Well after I've stopped crying in the uni library (which is where I keep finding my rejection emails :P) not too sure really. Final year law student at the moment so I'm not sure whether to take a year out and take the risk of retrying medicine or just giving it up, which isn't ideal but I've already spent 4 years in uni and I don't fancy being there forever. Specialising in counter terrorism so might be an option to go to the counter terrorism branch of the Met, already made an application as a backup and they seem keen with my law background. Not really what I want to do though...

Still got 2 more to go, hope's still there! Would you reapply?

I have had a rejection from St George's grad entry. I missed the Section 3 cutoff in the GAMSAT. Scored 45, they wanted 50 as a minimum. Not bothered. The only one I genuinely care about is Warwick.

The Warwick cutoff was 682.5 this year. Any applicants that scored over that gets their PS/references/grades reviewed and then they decide about an interview but getting over the cutoff doesn't guarantee an interview as they only interview about 400 and something like 1600 applicants got over the cutoff.

Where did you find out the cutoff for Warwick? Do you know any others?

From people pestering admissions with nosey emails! They report back to the 2014 applicants thread. I'm afraid I don't know other cutoffs Except St Georges was 60 overall and 50 in each section for Gamsat. King's are starting to invite interviewees but those with interviews have very high UKCAT scores, Southampton are interviewing from the top down by UKCAT. Swansea are still undecided and I think Imperial had a minimum score section of 650 or something but not sure what the cutoff was.

Edit: people with King's interview invites have 780+ (I expect my rejection shortly :colondollar: )

Swansea and Warwick. It's Warwick I am hoping for. Swansea would be incredibly hard on my daughter, with Warwick I could see a lot more of her, it would be so perfect.
