Having a bit of trouble on finding the difference between these courses.
Does the 's' have a purpose, is there any difference if any?

Currently have 4 choices done in Biomedical Science but wondering it it will be the same applying for a Biomedical Sciences course for the 5th choice...

Read about the modules that they teach in the uni prospectuses to get a better feel of what to expect from the course.
