Urgent grammar help

Is it:

*With my own initiative...

OR

*On my own initiative...

Which is gramatically correct?

Thanks.
Don't take my word for it, but I use "On my own initiative."

I can only think of ever saying/writing 'using my initiative', so I'd say with. But i could be wrong.

Only just saw your reply.

But when I googled it, I saw multiple occurrences of "on my own", so I ended up using that. Not that it matters anymore, thanks everyone for the replies.
