What degree could I take with these A-levels?

I am currently studying History, Government and Politics, Economics and English Literature and I'm unsure of what career path I'm going to take! Any suggestions on university degrees to broaden my mind and have a think about ?

Economics and History joint degree? Economics and Politics? History and Politics? Possibly even PPE if your grades are good enough.

Smart way to end your question so you don't seem lazy and idle
You should probably study something that interests you.

Don't just go to university for the hell of it. You only get one chance in your whole life, unless you can afford to pay to go again.

Only go when you're ready and have something you're truly focussed on studying and continuing with for the rest of your life.

Wait until you're ready. Make your own decision.
