Vitamin E will not increase your sensitivity down there. This may sound weird, but you need to start using a penis health creme that contains Acetyl L Carnitine. Acetyl L is a natural supplement that has been proven to reverse nerve damage (Google it if you don't believe me). A good creme will contain this and Vitamins E, B5, and A. All of these vitamins are awesome for the penis. Just stay away from a creme that contains any synthetic ingredients and you should be golden. Hope this helps.
