What do I do in this situation?

So basically I'm starting university next year and atm I'm on a foundation course and averaging 95%+ in each of my modules (Maths, additional maths and physics) but in my A-levels i only achieved BCC, would it be worth resitting my a-levels for my CV or adding the fact I did a foundation which (which is the same syllabus as a-levels) and achieved 95%+ and would it affect my application to internships and jobs?

(I could re-sit 2 modules and get my grades up to ABC as I missed the A in Maths by 5 UMS and missed the B in Business by 4 UMS)

After you finish uni nobody cares about your A Level results, especially on your CV. Mine doesnt even have my grades listed and I've had about 5 jobs since I've finished uni and nobody has asked for them.
