Switching to business economics from social sciences

Currently I'm studying social sciences. My bachelors enables me to pursue a masters in sociology or urban research. However, I want to switch to business economics (finance or real estate finance). I'm from the Netherlands, but considering options in the UK. I've found Keele: http://www.keeleisc.com/pre-masters

I would like to enroll in such a program, do you guys maybe know more people who did such a 'career switch', are there any pitfalls? I like to study something more practical, not so much theoretical. More course suggestions are welcome!
