Dissertation help

Hello, I am doing Events management degree and I am really struggling with my dissertation. I cannot find the right research question; hence my dissertation does not have any objectives. I cannot change the topic now; as it is too late, I just have to stick with it unfortunately. My topic is 'customer satisfaction - how it is important for events and future events'. I've done my literature review, but it does not take anywhere, it is merely more about customer satisfaction relationship with service quality and etc. I have no idea how to formulate a problem and take my research further. I will be grateful for any advice. Thank you in advance.
