When the hours get longer you have several options:
1) Adopt minimalist lifestyle to streamline life freeing time and space for you to do the things that matter,so prioritize. Be prepared to make sacrifices to focus on the top three things in your life.For me it is: good at job, good body and good friends.Nothing, no one and no material possession ranks higher than those three things.
2) Find a gym near your place of work or your home!
It is imperative to keep yourself in good shape and maintain a respectable and functional body.
