So I was a big advocate of this during 2013, failed a few times but I want to get back into it now.

I'm beginning on Sunday 22nd December 2013.

This thread is mainly aimed at males but if females feel they have a problem with porn usage and excessive masturbation they are free to join :smile:

RULES:



- No touching whatsoever (except for clear and non-sexual reasons/purposes - e.g. shower etc).

- No stroking whatsoever.

- No auto-fellatio whatsoever (who in the hell can do that anyway? :lolwut: )

- No porn whatsoever

- No ejaculation unless with another person (obviously you can't help wet dreams)

- If you want to participate, post when you are starting, what your reasons are and any fails later on.



Just enjoy your horniness lads and let that productivity, motivation and confidence rocket up and see your positive social interaction and confidence with girls exponentially increase!

Also this isn't just pure abstinence; it's a complete redirection of energies. This means - be a bit more daring, heroic, do more sports, go out more, socialise more and more with females or males and increase confidence and dominance

It is a difficult journey and I know this from personal experience. This is an interesting piece of information from the previous thread.

On the 7th day of no fapping, your testosterone can spike by up to 145% so you may REALLY have the urge to fap. On day 8 though it starts to drop back down again to near normal levels, so it's a case of gritting your teeth for a bit and just riding out the storm. (Credit goes to "RichyFrench")

I would like to add, this isn't a place for debating the effectiveness of nofap, please make another thread for that. This is a support group/network for everyone on the nofap group. If you have any more questions feel free to post on the thread or PM me.

Also if you are in, then mention when you are starting otherwise I will put the current date by default. Also remember, if you're serious about this, start this minute, no last faps, no farewell faps etc.

Start today guys, I've lost my streak today which is what prompted this thread. I'm going to have a shower now and not go again..
