Just managed to pass it, here are the answers. I've left some out because they're pretty easy.

Yeah it's your username is your payroll number and for your password if it's your first time logging in, the password is your password for the tills twice (e.g. 12341234) and then change your password

1) Social Conversations
2) Look under the wash label or call your manager
3) 2 Customers
4) Within 2 minutes
5) Tick all 4 options
6) No (Thumbs down)
7) Take the shoes to be kept behind the till and tell the customer where they'll be
8) Tick all 3 options
9) The tidiest area
10) True (Thumbs up)
