Working as a MLA
Hi! 
I'm about to start working as a Medical Lab Assistant in the Pathology department with the NHS soon. I'm looking towards it but slightly nervous about what to expect and would like to be prepared.
Does anyone already work as a Medical Lab Assistant already? How do they find it and any tips for me? I know I will be in sample reception and maybe do some pre-analytical preps for blood/urine samples.
