% error and error of measurements HELP please 3 ?

Hey I'm having to write this lab report for my first year and I've never done one before, on the example it says things like
2.00x10^-2mol dm^-3acetic acid (+/- 2%)

and I was just wondering how i'm supposed to calculate the bold percentage bit ? If anyone could send me in the right direction it'd be great as right now I dont really have a clue what to do.
