Help diagnose my penis problem??

Before I explain my problem I want to start off by saying that it has 100% gone, I just need help diagnosing what it was out of curiosity.

Last week I saw a few small red bumps on the tip of my penis and around the upper shaft area just under the head. They were completely gone within about 48 hours. I'm a bit of a hygiene freak so I'm confident it wasn't a hygiene problem.

Anyone help with diagnosing what it might of been?

It's impossible for us to diagnose what's not there :smile:

Having said that, Fordyce spots can become more or less visible in a short time:
