How do you rate European (non UK) universities?

I'm just wondering how we can rate European universities.
So if you know any other European countries, can you rate them by using the following criteria?

1.Entrance exam (Very easy) 1 2 3 4 5 (Very difficult)
2.Coursework (Almost nothing) 1 2 3 4 5 (Heavy workloads)
3.Study support (No support) 1 2 3 4 5 (A lot of support)
4.Pass standard (everyone can pass) 1 2 3 4 5 (Very difficult to pass)
5.Graduate prospects (no proper jobs for graduates) 1 2 3 4 5 (gate of success)

In each case, 3 = average UK universities, 5 = top UK standards and 1 = bottom UK standards.

If you think the country you pick up is out of this range, you can use 0 and 6 in this case.
You can talk about both average standard and some specific university(ies).
