Bath's part of the SWW AHRC DTP you linked to already.

There's a lot more of these Research Council Doctoral Training Centres / Partnerships out there now. Cardiff for example also participates in that SWW AHRC DTP as well as in the Wales ESRC Doctoral Training Centre: three EPSRC and an NERC one - though all advertised projects are closed now, more seem to be on their way though.

Oxford have 100 new fully funded scholarships available specifically for masters students this year. They're for UK/EU students and are supported by the HEFCE. Deadline for some courses has passed but others are open until the 24th.

That one is just insane, it covers tuition fees, college fees and living costs of at least £13,726 - the whole value of that is at least £2,500,000
FindAMasters.com and FindAPhD.com are offering a £1000 scholarship in any discipline and seven £500 scholarships for specific subject areas. You need to be starting a postgraduate course at an EU/EAA university in September to qualify.

University of Oxford/GCHQ - Computer Science - fully-funded doctoral studentship
Funded Doctoral Studentship in Cloud Security, working on 'non-interference Assurance Methods for Cloud Environments' commencing in October 2014 or soon afterwards. The studentship is only open to UK nationals and the successful candidate will be required to spend in the region of 2 - 4 weeks per year at GCHQ headquarters in Cheltenham.
