Geology or enviromental science?
Hi there,
My parents want me to do environmental science at Dundee uni because its, near to where I live (so I can stay at home) therefore is cheaper, the course contains segments of geology in it (geology is my main interest and what I'd really like to do)
My parents said that if I get a Bsc in environmental science there I can then go on and specialise in environmental geology later on in my career.
But if I'm honest, I would much rather do geology at maybe Edinburgh or St Andrews or Aberdeen. I'm just scared my parents will say no because of money problems.
Any suggestions as to where I should go or what I should do, even a personal experience would be appreciated
