how do you change the formation?

When you are on your team page click the little arrow next to the player you want to drop, and then click on the arrow next to the player you want to put in.
For example..playing a 4-4-2 and dropping a defender for a striker will change it to a 3-4-3

I hope you realise that selecting a certain team mamber as captain only gives you double points for him, so you should pick who you think will bag most points regardless of their perceived leadership qualities.

I don't think it's fair for people to participate in a private forum which is supposed to be just us, who are from outside the site. Either knowing the details from someone on TSR or browsing as a guest.

What we could do is continue as it is then after the last game, copy and paste the standings and then verify which team belongs to who. Then after this is done, we edit the standings accordingly and post the results for all to see.
