what time do you eat your meals?

Just wondering how normal my meal times are. People say I eat dinner way too early.

breakfast: somewhere between 7:30 and 9:00 depends where I want to eat
Lunch: about 12:00
Dinner: 18:00

I barely snack outside meals, aside from Americanos.
Breakfast: don't eat it usually, oops :colondollar:
Lunch: about 13:00
Tea: about 17:00 :h:

Whenever I remember to eat to be honest.

Breakfast's the worst, I get up late and don't remember to eat until I've gotten to sixth form and there's a guy eating toast in the back of the class.

Lunch at 12:00-13:00

Dinner at 17:00-18:00

I went to France recently and they were surprised that I ate my dinner that early. They ate on somedays as late as 21:10.

If I eat at 5, even though it's only an hours difference, I'll be starving inbetween the hours of eating and going to sleep.

Do you guys snack inbetween those hours?

Breakfast : 7 am
Lunch : about 1 pm
Dinner : between 8 and 9 pm

No, but I sometimes have toast or a bit of fruit at around 8pm as supper. :smile:
Breakfast: 8:00 - 11:00 Lunch: 12:00-2:00 Dinner: 6:00-8:00

I dont really eat breakfast or lunch if im not hungry or busy but dinner at around 6-8pm.

I always think you should eat when you are feeling hungry, not from set times because everyones body is unique in terms of habits and body type.
I'm too wild to eat at set times. I only eat when I feel hungry.
I kind of just eat throughout the day :dontknow:

This is massively dependent on culture and individuals. Just eat whenever works for you. I just eat when I'm hungry - that often involves eating snacks or meals late in the evening if I'm staying up late.

I eat my breakfast at 7:23am on a school day.
