How cold are you in your house right now?

Very warm in my house

I just killed a spider without giving a thought for the impact it could have on its family
Quite hot as the HVAC system is now heating up the house till 30 degrees for 5 minutes before it will let in fresh outside air for 10 minutes, it does this every 4 hours.
After that 10 minutes it will maintain temperature at 25 degrees.
House is quite well insulated so it is rarely ever cold in here.

My rents currently don't want the heating on today despite it being lower than 70degrees on the thermometer downstairs, which is unacceptable tbh.
I never want to see the house in the 60s on the thermometer.
