My mum drinks a LOT of tea (upwards of 8 cups a day, although quite weak), but my dad only ever drinks coffee. Perhaps my tea-drinking is a sub-conscious way of aiming to be like my mother? Urgh...I'm turning into her enough already without needing to copy her tea habits! -

It's only bitter if you leave it to brew for too long!
