Ah, but spoons are the first cutlery to mysteriously disappear from student flats.

Lim, Megan S. C., Hellard, Margaret E. and Aitken, Campbell K (2005).
"The case of the disappearing teaspoons: longitudinal cohort study of the displacement of teaspoons in an Australian research institute", BMJ 331(7531): 1498–1500.

Desperate times call for desperate measures!

haha i had no idea of the extent to which this was going on!
fair enough then i will make sure to take some spare spoons with me when i go to uni

Oh yay! -- do you know how much report-writing and things are involved in the testing though?

On an aside, I like your philosophy in your sig :ahee:

My favourite tea is flowering tea. It is aesthetically brilliant and the different variants of the tea taste really good

Something I've been wondering lately.

When people ask me if I want a cup of tea, and I accept they find it odd that I don't have any milk or sugar in it.

This is just bog standard, everyday tea.

Do most people have at least milk or sugar in their tea then?

Most people do. A lot of people assume everyone has milk in their tea, to the point I need to remind people every single time that I don't have milk. I can't drink it with milk either, makes me feel really sick.

Glad to know i'm not the only one who has tea plain and simple.

I get what you mean with the milk thing. I tried a cup of tea with milk in it reccently to see why everyone loved it, but it was just horrible.

Tea is meant to be clear and soothing, not bunged down with milk. Yeck.
I love tea! Strong with a dash of skimmed milk. Sugar or not im not too fussed, as long as it's not too sweet!
The link to join won't work :'(

I like it strong, leave the tea bag in and only a tiny bit of milk. Sugar is forbidden!! Hehe.
Anyone tried Clipper Gold Tea?

I just love it
my preference for tea has changed since i took the poll :P i now have it strong, with milk but no sugar. i used to like it sweet, but i suppose my tastes have changed! still love tea though....
Mine has changed too, now it's 'Strong, milk and no sugar'

I used to take sugar but i've managed to cut it out now, I actually prefer no sugar now

Me too, anything is solved with a cup of tea

How many mugs/cups does everyone drink a day?
