sugary tea is good for shock!
Swap the sugar for saccerens, it tastes a bit cr*p at the start, but you can drink as much as you want withou getting love handles

Yeh and then I would eventually have a sugar downer at about 2am and fall into bed. I did that for months then I decided it was a bad idea
