I drink Tea all the time. I like it strong and Tea'y. My worst nightmare would be a horrendously milky sugary tea. Ergh.

Well at one point I was drinking 25+ BIG cups a day... thats a lot of sugar :wink:

Have cut back a bit recently!

sugary tea is good for shock!

Swap the sugar for saccerens, it tastes a bit cr*p at the start, but you can drink as much as you want withou getting love handles :biggrin:

One day i remember drinking 31 cups of tea. I then had the shakes....i suppose it's the same effect after 8 cups of Coffee.

Yeh and then I would eventually have a sugar downer at about 2am and fall into bed. I did that for months then I decided it was a bad idea :wink:

take the teabag out loads earlier, or reuse them, so that they're aren't as strong
